Travel policy










International Travel Policy:
  • PASSPORTS should be valid for at least 6 months before traveling (restricted to travel on visit visa).
  • A certificate from the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) is required for carrying any FRUITS ON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. This certificate has to be collected at least 24hours prior to flight departure; closed on Sunday.
  • All international UAE work visas require a PROTECTOR STAMP from the Bureau of Immigration.
  • Free of Charge through Cargo AWB. Plus, one attendant with FREE return ticket.
  • PAX can either carry a max CASH of USD10,000 or AED 3,000 on international flights. Alternatives are travelers cheques.
  • Passenger(s) should report at the check-in counter at least 04:00 hours prior to international flight departure. Check-in counters will be closed 90 minutes prior to flight departure. All passengers will be required to provide photo identity at the time of Check-In. All times mentioned on ticket are local time
  • Passengers occupying seats (Adults and child) can be booked up to 09 on one PNR. I.e. maximum 06 adults and 03 children can be booked. Number of infants should not exceed than number of adults Fares are subject to change and will not remain constant.
  • If passenger books his flight within 04 hours of departure, he has to purchase the ticket instantly. No time limit will be given in this case.
  • Insulin/injections can be carried in an ice box and will be handed over to LCC (Lead Cabin Crew) at the time of boarding.
  • Doctor's prescription is mandatory for any MEDICINES carried on international flights.
  • Liquids like creams, gels, pastes and oil etc. may only be carried in containers holding 100ml or less in hand luggage.
  • When traveling, comply with the laws concerning possession of firearms. A Weapon must be declared at the Airport Sales Counter. Weapon Owner must provide "All Pakistan" license to the ASF upon filling the form and ensure that he/she is travelling on the same flight.
  • Pregnant PAX: Pregnant PAX up to 28 weeks with a valid medical certificate clearly mentioned by the doctor that PASSENGER IS FIT FOR AIR TRAVELING. 28-32nd Week: As per IATA guideline Pregnant Pax can be allowed to fly, depending upon her past medical history. The certificate should be obtained at least within two/three days of flight departure. An indemnity will be signed by the passenger. Infants (New Born) cannot travel up to 7 days of birth.
  • Ladies can also take along their personal hand bag.
  • TELEVISION & LED are allowed but it should be in range of 54 inches after packing and will be considered as baggage.
  • Plants are allowed to be carried in checked luggage only.
  • GUITAR It would be charged as a separate piece.
  • Visually Impaired/Blind Passenger are permitted to travel but only with escort.
Not permitted:
  • Unaccompanied Minors will not be accepted.
  • Infants (New Born) cannot travel up to 7 days of birth.
  • An infant is not entitled to any baggage allowance. (Baby cot or pram can be carried in luggage free of cost).
  • Pets are not allowed to be carried in flight.








Domestic Travel Policy:
  • Flight opens for check-in 2 1/2 hours before scheduled departure time. Check-in counters close 45 min before flight departure on domestic flights.
  • Passengers occupying seats (Adults and child) can be booked up to 11 on one PNR. I.e. maximum 06 adults and 05 children can be booked. Number of infants should not exceed than number of adults.
  • Fares are subject to change and will not remain constant.
  • If passenger books flight within 03 hours of departure, the ticket has to be purchased instantly. No time limit will be given in this case.
  • Insulin/injections can be carried in an ice box and will be handed over to LCC (Lead Cabin Crew) at the time of boarding.
  • Liquids like creams, gels, pastes and oil etc. may only be carried in containers holding 100ml or less in hand luggage.

In this case a medical certificate or letter signed by an appropriately qualified doctor, stating, “Passenger Is Fit for Air Travel” is required.  The certificate should be obtained within two days before flight departure. An indemnity bond will be signed by the passenger.
  • Ladies can also take along their personal hand bag.
  • TELEVISION and LED are allowed but it should be in range of 54 inches after packing.
  • Plants are allowed to be carried in checked luggage ONLY.
  • Visually Impaired/Blind Passenger are permitted to travel but only with escort.
  • Unaccompanied minors are allowed to travel on Serene Air.
Not permitted:
  • Infants cannot travel up to 7 days of birth.
  • AN INFANT is not entitled to any baggage allowance. (Baby cot or pram can be carried in luggage free of cost).
  • Any kind of BATTERIES and AC'S COMPRESSORS are not allowed.
  • PETS are not allowed on Serene Air flight.
  • Passengers are not allowed to carry the BLOOD BOTTLES / HUMAN ORGANS / URINE BAGS on the flight.
